To develop AI models that are fair and unbiased, AI researchers and developers must prioritize data diversity, implement fairness-aware algorithms, involve diverse stakeholders in the development process, and adopt transparent and interpretable AI models. Interdisciplinary collaboration, ethical considerations, and ongoing evaluation are key to creating AI that empowers and benefits all, without perpetuating existing biases and prejudices.
